利用CBERS进行汶川地震区森林资源损失快速评估

摘要
地震灾害的特殊性使得地震灾害评估短时间内难深入灾区现场,全面开展森林资源破坏的快速调查与评估。采用遥感方法,利用中巴资源卫星(CBERS)遥感数据,结合区域灾前调查资料,进行了汶川地震重灾区域森林资源快速评估。在遥感解译的基础上,详细分析了汶川地震对区域森林资源、水源涵养等方面的影响,这些分析结果不仅为抗震救灾提供了及时的决策依据,也给灾后重建提供了大量、翔实的科学数据。通过实践应用充分证明,综合运用遥感和地理信息系统技术,CBERS遥感数据能够满足森林资源快速评估的需要。
The rapid assessment of forest resources in the main shock area of Wenchuan earthquake was carried out based on the CBERS data as well as the information acquired by the investigation before the earthquake. By the interpretation of remote sensing images, the impacts on the regional forest resources and water conservation caused by the earthquake were analyzed. The results are not only useful in providing timely basis for decision making, but also provide large quantities of detailed and accurate scientific data for the post-disaster reconstruction. The practice has fully proved that the CBERS data completely meets the needs of rapid assessment for forest resources based on the integrated use of remote sensing and geographic information system technology.
