三端式磁通门传感器的数学建模及数值分析

摘要
分析了三端式磁通门的工作原理,建立了三端式磁通门结构的数学模型,并计算出三端式磁通门的各项参数和指标,其中参数和指标主要包括灵敏度、磁导率等;在此基础上,比较不同波形下的灵敏度大小,确定最佳的激励波形,以计算机辅助设计为工具,验证了数学模型的合理性,并保证在灵敏度最大的条件下得到最佳激励电压和激励频率。
The working principle of fluxgate sensor with three tips is analyzed,the mathematical model of the fluxgate sensor is established,such parameters and indexes as sensitivity,permeability of the fluxgate sensor are calculated.The optimum exciter wave-shape is determined by comparing the magnitude of sensitivity under different wave-shape;the rationality of the mathematical model is validated using CAD,and the optimum exciter voltage and frequency are obtained under the condition of maximum sensitivity;The simple and reliable signal circuit is sensitive to the changing of the environmental magnetic field,which can satisfy the magnetic detection performance requirements.
