摘要

本文阐述了抗震设计的基本思路,对我国抗震设计的基点和能力设计法进行了分析,并以框架-剪力墙结构为例说明设计规范的具体做法。
This paper describes the basic idea of the seismic design,analyses the basis points of our seismic design and the capacity design method,and explain the specific practices of the design specification with frame-shear wall structure as an example.
