叙述了河北怀来台固体潮的观测条件、项目以及怀来台形变观测仪器数字化改造的情况和试运行情况,通过水管仪、伸缩仪2002年1月至3月数字化观测资料与2002年的同期模拟观测资料的内精度计算、对比,分析了数字化观测运行的可靠性、稳定性、完整性、连续性。得出河北怀来台地形变数字化改造是成功的,取得了预期效果的结论。
The paper overviews the observational condition of the earth tide,the digital improvement for the ground deformation instruments and the operation,calculates and compares the accuracy of the digital and the analog data from the tensometers in Huailai station from January to March of 2002,analyzes the reliability,stability,completeness and continuity of the digital observation,obtained the conclusion that The digital improvement for the ground deformation observation was successful,gained desired results.
