高烈度区某高层商住楼的隔震设计与分析

摘要
为能较全面阐述高层隔震结构的工程应用,本文结合相关规范及规程提出建议性的高层隔震结构设计流程,并按此流程对云南高烈度区的某十三层商住楼进行隔震设计和分析,时程分析表明:与抗震结构相比,隔震结构基本周期有较大延长;在8度(0.3g)地震作用下,X、Y方向水平向减震系数分别为0.25和0.22,结构的地震作用效应大幅降低,隔震层的支座应力及位移等验算均满足要求,表明本文提出的设计流程是简捷有效的。最后对工程的经济性进行讨论,结果表明有良好的社会经济效益,工程设计合理可行。
In order to more comprehensively expound the engineering application of high-rise isolated structure,the recommended design process of high-rise isolated structure was proposed with the relevant norms and procedures in this paper.A certain thirteen-floor commercial and residential building in Yunnan high-intensity area was designed and analyzed according to the above-mentioned process.Time history analysis showed that: compared with the seismic structure,the fundamental period of the isolated structure was relatively large extended.Under 8 degree earthquake(0.3g),the horizontal damping coefficient in X and Y direction were 0.25 and 0.22,the structure's seismic effect is significantly reduced.Bearings' stress and displacement of the isolation layer met the requirements,which showed that the design process above-mentioned was simple and effective.Finally,discussions on the economics of the project were carried out,results showed that there is a good social and economic benefits,and this engineering design was reasonable and feasible.
