楼梯对教学楼框架抗震性能的影响

摘要
设计了包含各种楼梯布置和不包含楼梯的两类典型钢筋混凝土教学楼框架计算模型,采用模态分析法、反应谱法对各模型进行了弹性阶段地震反应特性对比计算分析,选择性的进行了pushover分析。结果显示:楼梯参与结构整体计算后,结构抗侧移刚度增加、结构扭转振动显著、梯间框架部分梁柱内力成倍增大等现象;楼梯的不同布置对结构抗震性能有重要影响,存在较为合理的楼梯布置;楼梯的存在也使整体结构塑性铰分布更合理,但楼梯则成了最薄弱环节。
Two typical school buildings of concrete frame with staircases are made,and 18 computing models are established for comparison.the seismic performance of the computing models in elastic phase is calculated by adopting modal analysis method,response spectrum analysis based on SAP2000;the pushover analysis method is also used to discuss the seismic performance of some computing models in elastic-plastic phase based on SAP2000.The results show that the existence of staircases and the arrangement of staircases significantly affect the lateral stiffness,dynamic performance,the peak internal forces,the peak storey drifts and plastic hinge distribution of frame structure.These can be used as necessary references for the construction and strengthening of school building of frame structure.
