摘要

阐述了绿地的防灾功能、防灾公园的定义及分类,并借鉴国外防灾公园的规划建设发展情况,结合我国防灾公园规划建设的现状,探讨了我国城市防灾绿地系统规划和城市防灾公园规划设计布局依据,公园绿地防灾改造、专类防灾公园规划设计的具体内容。
This article mainly analyzed calamity preventable function of greenbelt,the definition and classifying of calamity preventable parks,and discussed the urban calamity preventive greenbelt system planning and urban calamity preventive park planning and design layout basis,park greenbelt calamity preventive reform and special type of calamity preventive park planning and design detail contents by studying the developing situation of planning of the calamity preventable parks abroad and combining the planning and constructing status of the park.
