团体音乐治疗在地震后灾区儿童中的治疗研究

摘要
目的了解团体音乐治疗在震后儿童中的治疗效果,并探讨音乐治疗方式在危机干预中的优缺点。方法采用文献分析法和理论研究法,对国内国外的类似研究资料进行分析,并应用描述性分析,对团体音乐治疗过程进行剖析。结果支持性的音乐对于创伤后1个月的儿童有较好的治疗效果。结论结构化的音乐治疗模式较适合于创伤后的儿童。团体音乐治疗可以促进儿童感知觉的表达。
Objective To learn the therapeutic effect of group music therapy in treating children of disaster area and discuss the advantages and disadvanteages of music therapy in dealing with crisis.Methods By analysing literature and studing theroies,similar research results and papers both home and abroad were analyzed and by descriptive analysis,the process of group music therapy was dissected.Results Supportive music had a relatively better effect for helping children who had been saved for over a month.Conclusion Structural music therapy mode can be fit for children survived from a disaster.Group music therapy can promote children's expression of feeling.
