铅挤压阻尼器在高架桥减震控制中的应用研究

摘要
为了研究铅挤压阻尼器的滞回性能及其在高架桥减震控制中的应用,对不同轴凸高度和长度的铅挤压阻尼器进行了试验,并对其应用于高架桥减震控制的可行性及设置方式进行了详细的数值模拟分析。结果表明,挤压轴轴凸的长度和高度对于铅挤压阻尼器的出力有一定影响,随着轴凸的长度和高度增大阻尼器出力也相应地增加;铅挤压阻尼器应用于高架桥减震控制需要兼顾考虑车辆制动力、温度效应及伸缩缝宽度设置的影响;提出的3种将铅挤压阻尼器应用于高架桥减震控制的方案均具有良好的减震效果而不影响结构的静力性能。
To study the hysteretic behavior of lead extrusion damper(LED) and its application in the seismic control of viaducts,experimental research on LEDs according to different heights and lengths of the convex of extrusion axis,and numerical simulation on the application feasibility and design methods of the LEDs in the seismic control of viaducts were conducted.The result shows that(1) the height and length of axis convex can affect the yield force of LEDs,and the yield force increases with the increases of the height and length of axis convex;(2) it is necessary to take consideration of automobile braking force,temperature effect and expansion joint width when LEDs are used for seismic control of viaducts;(3) the presented three seismic control methods of the application of LEDs is demonstrated to be feasible and possess good seismic control effects.
