安徽核电厂址选择及地震地质条件

摘要
安徽核电工作起步于1984年,在安徽省计委的组织下,对繁昌一带进行了实地调查,完成了《繁昌核电厂址初步调查报告》。1995年4月安徽省电力设计院,对安徽省境内可能存在的核电厂址条件进行分析论证,重点踏勘了长江沿岸繁昌董公山和东至香口两个厂址,编制了两篇专题报告。1997年4月,省政府调研组,再次对繁昌董公山、东至香口、吉阳等三个厂址进行调查收资,提交了《安徽省核电站厂址调查研报告》。2000年9月安徽核电办委托上海核工程研究院和安徽电力设计院进行安徽核电工程初步可行性研究阶段设计工作,初可报告已于2005年审查通过。本文主要从地震地质角度推荐并介绍了若干可供选择的核电厂址,提出了保护厂址的建议。
The work of Anhui nuclear power engineering started in 1984,some experts investigated Fanchang area and gave 《The preliminary research about the site of Fanchang nuclear power plant 》.In April 1995,after analysis of the sites in Anhui province,Anhui Electric Power Design Institute conducted various surveys and investigations on the Fanchang Donggongshan and Dongzhi Xiangkou two sites along the Changjiang river,and gave two reports.In April 1997,Anhui province government conducted investigation on the Fanchang Donggongshan 、 Dongzhi Xiangkou and Jiyang three sites again,and gave 《The research about the site of Anhui nuclear power plant 》.In September 2000,entrusted by the Anhui nuclear power office,Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research Institute and Anhui Electric Power Design Institute completed the initial feasibility study for Anhui nuclear power engineering,and the report passed in 2005.This paper introduces some sites of the nuclear power plant,then recommend some of them on the earthquake and geotechnical side,and gives some advice to protect the site.
