全液压钻机顶驱回转机构同步系统分析与仿真

摘要
为保证深部大陆科学钻探钻用钻机具有较高的转速,需采用高转速的液压顶驱系统。此系统采用多个马达作为执行元件,虽然多个马达在机械上能同步,但这种强制同步既耗能,同时也加剧元件的磨损,缩短了使用寿命。为了保证各马达长时间的同步精度,采用负载独立流量分配(LUDV)控制系统。分析LUDV控制系统的原理,采用阀后压力补偿,利用AMESim软件建立控制系统模型,对马达同步系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:采用阀后压力补偿,在负载不相同的情况下,实现了马达同步。
It is needed to adopt hydraulic top drive system in order to obtain high rotational speed for the drilling rig of deep continental scientific drilling.In this system,several motors are taken as executive component.Maybe these motors are synchronous in machinery,but this synchronism is energy intensive.At the same time,friction of units is increased and the service life is shortened.To ensure long-term high synchronization accuracy,LUDV system was adopted.The principle of LUDV system was analyzed,and the model was built by using AMESim.The simulation results show that:adopting pressure compensation after valve,the motors are synchronous under different loads.
