6000m用取心绞车电液控制及辅助监测系统设计

松科二井是我国目前正在实施的最深科学钻探直井,设计井深6 400 m。计划在2 865~6 400m(共计3 735 m)井段连续取心钻进,岩心采取率目标在95%以上。基于上述要求,设计了该井配套的四开(5 800 m)、五开(6 400 m)绳索取心大容量绞车电液控制及辅助监测系统,电液控制系统包括马达供油回路和控制供油回路,利用电液比例控制技术,实现绞车提放速度的平稳自动控制。同时在绞车辅助监测系统中设有深度检测校正装置和张力检测装置,用于精确测量孔深和显示打捞器、内管总成在井内工况。作为大容量超深井绳索取心绞车的重要组成单元,绞车电液控制及辅助监测系统的设计,对完成松科二井岩心采取和安全工作有着重要的作用。
CCSD-SK 2, whose designing depth is 6 400 m, is the deepest vertical well of Chinese scientific drilling project. The project designed a continuous coring drilling in 2 865 ~ 6 400 m(totale 3 735 m) section with the target of coring ratio being more than 95%. Based on the above requirements, the paper designed the electro-hydraulic control and auxiliary monitoring system of the large-capacity coring winch with four ropes(5 800.00 m) and five ropes(6 400.00 m) used for the well, and the electro-hydraulic control system included the motor oil-supply circuit and control oil-supply circuit. The electro-hydraulic proportional control technology was applied to realize the stable automatic control of the hoisting velocity of the winch. Meanwhile, the auxiliary monitoring system of the winch was equipped with the depth detection and correction device as well as the tension detection device, both the devices were applied to accurate measurement of well depth and displaying the operation of the overshot and inner tubes in the well. As an important component of the largecapacity ultra-deep rope coring winch, the design of the electro-hydraulic control and auxiliary monitoring system of the winch played an important role in coring and safe production of CCSD-SK 2.
