摘要
本文研究了电动汽车直流充电机电能计量单元和计费控制单元一体化,给出了产品装置的软硬件架构图,详细介绍了应用于直流充电机的计量计费一体装置的研制。提出了硬件方案和软件设计方案,采用电能计量单元与计费控制单元一体化设计,将电能计量单元与计费控制单元、零磁通电流互感器封装于同一壳体,可对计量计费一体装置及接线端子施加封印,有效避免了目前充电电能计量方式下更换分流器、篡改接线等行为,达到了减少贸易纠纷、节约成本、节省空间的效果。实验结果表明,研制的直流充电机计量计费一体装置成本低廉、性能优良,兼具一体性、独立性、互换性和便利性等优点,较好地保证了直流充电机电能计量、计费的准确性及安装检定的要求,提高了充电机计量计费的可靠性和公信力。
        This paper researches the integration of metering and charging control unit in the DC charging pile.Combined with practical engineering,it gives the product hardware and software architecture diagram,and describes in detail the design of the integrated metering and charging control unit applied to DC charging pile.This paper proposed the hardware and software design solutions,and adopted an integrated design of metering and charging control unit.Applying electricity metering sealing on the terminals can avoid illegally replacing shunt and wiring,which efficiently promotes the reduction of trade disputes,cost and space savings.Experimental results show that the developed device has a combination of low cost and excellent performance,which can meet the requirements of metering,charging,installation and veri?cation very well,and improve the reliability and credibility of charging piles.
