河(湖)长制“一河一策”河流现状的编制

摘要
一河一策是在摸清河流水资源保护、水域岸线管理与保护、水污染防治、水环境治理、水生态修复和执法监管6方面(简称"六大任务")的现状和问题基础上,设定实施周期内的管理保护目标,明确管理保护任务,提出管理保护措施的一份方案,其编制与实施是深化河长制的主要抓手,其中,摸清河流现状是整个方案编制的核心。
"One River and One Strategy" is a plan which is on the basis of the current situation and problems of 6 aspects of the river water resources protection, such as management and protection of water coastline, water pollution control, water environment control, water ecological restoration and law enforcement and supervision.Then the management and protection objectives within the implementation period are set up, and the management and protection tasks are clearly defined. A plan for management and protection measures is the main starting point for deepening "the River Chiefs System". Among them, understanding the current situation of the river is the core of the whole programming.
