摘要

研究了7022铝合金的过烧温度,并通过对7022T6511合金状态的挤压制品固溶淬火、时效工艺的研究,制定出合理的热处理工艺。生产实践结果表明,所生产出的产品的各项指标满足用户需求,同时也为开拓该类市场做好技术储备工作。
        The overburning temperature of 7022 aluminum alloy was studied. Through the research on the solid solution quenching and aging process of 7022 T6511 alloy extruded products, a reasonable heat treatment process was developed to meet the requirement of users,as the technical reserves for exploiting the market.
