川郁金入药道地史考证

摘要
郁金广泛应用于临床,疗效显著。基于方书或综合类书籍出现产地和药名的结合体"川郁金",及古医案使用等进行研究。发现早在唐代,川郁金的道地性已得到本草学家认同,其主产地四川崇州地区在明代即已确立道地地位;川郁金之名首见的方书是宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》,首见的本草著作是明代《滇南本草》,首见医案著作是明代《医学穷源集》。含"川郁金"的古籍在宋元明时期大量涌现,古代著名医家使用郁金,多强调"要川郁金如蝉腹者为佳"。因而,当今在郁金的研究和开发中,要加强科研、生产、开发和临床使用,引导传统道地药材的产业升级,以及进一步提高中医临床疗效。
Yujin( Curcuma Radix) is widely used in clinical with a remarkable effect. This study involves the origins,the appearance of " Sichuan Yujin" [C. sichuanensis] in prescription books or comprehensive books,and ancient medical records. The genuineness of Sichuan Yujin had been accepted by pharmacologists in early Tang Dynasty. Chongzhou of Sichuan area had been recognized as the genuine origin of Yujin( Curcuma Radix) in the Ming dynasty. The first appearance of Sichuan Yujin is in the prescription book of Taiping Benevolent Dispensary in Song Dynasty,in Chinese medical book of Medica Yunnan in the Ming Dynasty,and in the ancient medical record book of Yi Xue Qiong Yuan Ji in Ming Dynasty. In the Song Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty,Chinese emerged a large number of books including Sichuan Yujin[C. sichuanensis] which shape likes cicada 's belly as the best quality by many famous ancient physicians.Therefore,in the research and development of Yujin( Curcuma Radix) to strengthen scientific research,production,development and clinical application. It is necessary to guide the industrial upgrading of traditional genuine medicinal materials for further clinical efficacy improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
