七氟异丙基的吡嗪酰胺的合成与活性研究

摘要
以专利JP2006290883报道的具有杀螨虫活性的化合物C为基础,设计一种含七氟异丙基的吡嗪酰胺类化合物,以吡嗪-2-甲酸和2-甲基-七氟异丙基苯胺为原料,进行一步缩合反应合成目标化合物,其化学结构经~1H NMR,ESI-MS和熔点确证。对其缩合反应的条件进行了探讨。初步的杀螨活性表明,该化合物对朱砂叶螨有一定抑制活性。
        The novel pyrazine derivatives containing fluoroisopropyl group were synthesized based on the structure of compound which was reported on JP2006290883.The structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR,ESI-MS.The reaction condition were also discussed.The prelimary bioasssay indicated that the compound 1 had acaricidal activity.
