摘要
以取代苯胺为原料合成对位全氟烷基取代的苯胺,以乙酰基杂环为原料合成关键中间体杂环芳基-α-氯代-α-羰基肟(VI),在原有肟醚类化合物结构基础上引入全氟烷基设计合成了12个未见报导的含全氟烷基的杂环羰基肟类化合物,并通过~1H NMR和MS对所有目标化合物进行了结构确认,进行生物活性测试。初步结果表明:部分化合物对苜蓿蚜表现出一定的活性,化合物ZJ2、ZJ3和ZJ8在500 mg/L浓度下对苜蓿蚜的致死率达到90%。
        12 Novel heterocyclic carbonyl oximes containing heptafluoroisopropyl were synthesized by using heteroaryl α-chloro-α-carbonyl oxime and heptafluoroisopropyl aniline as starting materials. The structures of target compounds were confirmed by1 H NMR and ESI-MS. The bioassays showed that some compounds possessed insecticidal activities against alfalfa aphid. The mortality ratio of compounds ZJ2, ZJ3 and ZJ8 against alfalfa aphid were 90% at the concentration of 500 mg/L.
