旴江名著《种杏仙方》耳鼻咽喉科应用初探

摘要
《种杏仙方》为明代江西旴江名医龚廷贤所撰,为清宫秘藏珍本医籍,版本稀有,弥足珍贵。此书汇集了龚廷贤从医期间搜集积累的经验效方,所收方剂大多以物廉、简便、亲验为特点,采撷精要,切于实用,是珍贵的医学文献资料。书中针对耳鼻咽喉科疾病的遣方用药具有独到特色,对耳聋、耳鸣、脓耳、耵耳、鼻塞、鼻疮、瓮鼻、喉痹、喉瘖、骨鲠等耳鼻咽喉科疾病重视局部用药,结合塞、吹、含、敷等丰富的用药方法,解除患者病痛于须臾之间,简便效捷,沿用至今,对后世江西旴江喉科流派的兴起及中医耳鼻喉科的发展有着重要意义,足以启示后学。
Zhong Xing Xian Fang is written by a Ming dynasty famous doctor named GONG Ting-xian in Xu Jiang,Jiang Xi province. This book is a very precious rarities of rare medical books in Qing dynasty,which has rare precious version. This book is a collection of the accumulated experience efficacious prescriptions during Gong's medical period.Most of the recipes are characterized by cheap,simple and pro-test. It is a valuable medical literature that plucking and plucking is essential. The book has unique characteristics for the treatment of otorhinolaryngology diseases. It put emphasis on local medication for deafness,tinnitus,pus ear,impacted cerumen,stuffy nose,nose sores,urn nose,throat paralysis,laryngeal yin,bone stuck and other otorhinolaryngology. A combination of methods of medication such as plugs,blowing,containing,and applying can relieve the patient's illness in a moment. It is still used today for its simple and effective advantage. It is of great significance to the development and rise of the genre of the throat of Xu Jiang,Jiangxi and the development of Chinese ENT,which inspires future generations sufficiently.
