历届中国专利奖的分析与研究

摘要
本文介绍历届中国专利奖及其历史和变迁,通过对获评专利数量、专利权人类型、技术领域、地域分布、法律状态、专利保护和运用等统计数据的分析,反映出中国专利奖社会关注度日益加大,获奖专利质量提升,专利权人专利运用活跃,专利权人保护意识增强。中国专利奖对倡导创新文化、提升自主知识产权的质量起到了重要的引领和导向作用,对我国当代社会创新引领发展的战略具有重要价值。
This paper introduces the previous China's top patent awards and their history and evolution. Through the analysis of the number of patents, the type of patent holders, the field of technology, the distribution of regions, the legal status, the protection and using of patents, it is shown that the social concern of the China's top patent awards is increasing, the quality of the patent is promoted, the using of patent is active and the protection consciousness of patent holder is enhanced. The China's top patent award has played an important role in leading and guiding the innovation culture and improving the quality of independent intellectual property rights. It is of great value to the strategy of innovation driven development in the contemporary society.
