中频脉冲电疗配合针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

摘要
目的研究中频脉冲电疗配合针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的74例LDH患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分成观察组(推拿和针灸治疗基础上加以中频脉冲电疗)和对照组(推拿和针灸治疗),每组37例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率和患者满意度均显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的JOA评分和腰椎功能评分显著高于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲电疗配合针灸推拿治疗LDH的效果显著,复发率低且患者满意度高,能明显消除患者腰腿痛等临床症状,改善患者腰部功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of medium frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with acupuncture and massage on lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods According to different treatmentplans, 74 patients with LDH in our hospital were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(medium frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with acupuncture and massage) and control group(acupuncture and massage), with 37 cases in each group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate and patient satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, JOA score and lumbar spine function score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P <0.05). Conclusion Medium frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with acupuncture and massage can effectively cure LDH with low recurrence rate and high patient satisfaction. In addition, it can significantly eliminate patients' low back pain and improve their waist function, therefore it is worth promoting.
