摘要
<正>心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)简称房颤,是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。左房在房颤的发生、发展中占重要地位,房颤患者左房的收缩和储备功能均有变化。左房功能包括左室舒张早、中期的"管道"功能、舒张晚期的"辅助泵"功能及收缩期的"贮存器"功能~([1]),在左室舒张功能减低时调节左室充盈和维持正常心搏量~([2])。房颤患者左房舒张末期容量负荷增加使左房扩大~([3]),病程较长时左房壁僵
