眼部B超在早期诊断视网膜脱离疾病中的临床价值评估

摘要
目的 :探讨眼部B超对于早期诊断视网膜脱离疾病的临床价值。方法 :收集自2017年10月—2018年10月在我院就诊,经眼部B超检查诊断为视网膜脱离的47例患者(47眼),进行回顾性分析。结果:47眼经眼科光学相干断层扫面(Optical Cohererce Tomography,OCT)检查、眼底三面镜检查后确诊为视网膜脱离患者47眼,与眼部B超检查符合率为100%。其中31眼行玻璃体切除术+硅油填充术,13眼行巩膜外加压+视网膜放液术,2眼行激光治疗。结论:眼部B超对于早期诊断视网膜脱离提供了较高的临床价值,为及时制定治疗方案提供了依据。
Objective To explore the clinical value of ocular B-ultrasound for early diagnosis of retinal detachment diseas.Methods To be a retrospective study,47 eyes of 47 patients with retinal detachment diagnosed by ophthalmic ultrasonography from October 2017 to October 2018 were collected. Results 47 eyes were diagnosed as retinal detachment by optical coherence tomography(OCT) and three mirror contact lens, so the compliance rate with the eye B-ultrasound is 100%.Among them, 31 eyes underwent vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade, 13 eyes underwent scleral buckling, and 2 eyes underwent laser therapy.Conclusion Ocular B-ultrasound provides a high clinical value for early diagnosis of retinal detachment, which provide a basis for timely development of treatment options.
