摘要
针对传统印花工艺能耗多、污染大的问题,采用自制糊料开发了一种无需蒸洗的印花工艺,并探讨了糊料用量、定形温度、定形时间等因素对印花效果的影响。结果表明,以2%的乳化剂Eumulgin S 2,50℃温度下乳化40 min,制得的糊料乳液粒径最小,分散性和稳定性最好;糊料60%,180℃温度下定形120 s,印花固色率最高,色牢度最好,织物颜色亮丽。分散染料免蒸洗印花工艺简化了工艺流程,且织物色彩亮丽,各项色牢度优良。
        Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and pollution of traditional printing process,an eco printing process without steaming and washing is developed through self-made paste emulsion,and the effects of paste dosage, setting temperature and setting time on the printing effect are discussed. The results show that the paste has the best properties with 2% emulsifier Eumulgin S 2 and emulsifying at 50 ℃ for 40 min, the prints have the highest fixing rates, the most brilliant shade and the best color fastness when treated with 60% paste and heat setting at 180 ℃ for 120 s. The disperse dye steaming-and washing-free printing process simplifies the technological process, and the shade of the prints is more brilliant than the fabric with traditional steaming process, and the color fastness is excellent.
