关于加强水利水电工程移民档案的开发研究

摘要
水利水电工程移民档案作为记录移民工作全过程的凭证,对其的开发与利用可以不同程度地为经济发展、企业搬迁、移民安置、地区重建过程服务。本文就水利水电工程移民档案开发与利用的现状、过程中遇到的问题以及相应的对策展开讨论,提出了规范收集归档、完善基础设施建设、满足需求、强化服务效能、加强人员培养等方案,以探讨水利水电工程移民档案开发与利用的路径。
As records of the whole process of migration work, the development and utilization of water conservancy and hydroelectric projects migration archives can serve economic development, enterprise relocation, migrants resettlement and regional reconstruction to different degree. This paper discusses the current situation of the development and utilization of migration archives in water conservancy and hydroelectric projects, the problems encountered in the process and the corresponding countermeasures,and it proposes plans to collect archives, improve infrastructure construction, meet demands, strengthen service efficiency, and reinforce personnel training to explore the path of development and utilization of water conservancy and hydroelectric projects.
