增值视角下工程交易模式创新设计的影响因素研究——基于扎根理论的半结构访谈

摘要
从项目增值视角,运用扎根理论研究方法分析访谈中获取的资料以及相关数据,发掘出工程交易模式创新设计中的29项影响因素,分为外在社会经济环境、项目参与方特征和工程自身特征三大类别,构建工程项目交易模式创新的影响因素及其作用机理模型。研究表明,在工程交易模式创新过程中,业主是交易模式创新设计的主体,在工程交易模式创新过程中起核心作用;项目自身特征是交易模式创新设计的基础与前提;外在社会经济发展是引导业主方进行交易模式创新设计的主要驱动力。而工程交易模式创新设计的最终目的是实现项目增值。
From the perspective of project value,this paper carries out the analysis on interview data and related data by using the method of grounded theory,and digs out 29 factors of transaction mode innovation design of construction project,which can be divided into three categories,including external social and economic environment,the project participants own characteristics and engineering features,sets up the influencing factors and mechanism of the construction of innovative trading patterns. Research results show that,in the construction project transaction mode during the process of innovation,the owner is the main body and plays a central role; the characteristic of the project itself is the foundation and premise; external social and economic development is the main driving force to guide the client to carry out transaction mode innovation design. And the ultimate goal of construction project transaction mode innovation design is to achieve the project value.
