摘要
目的探讨儿童生长贴联合儿童拉伸操对特发性矮身材儿童身高影响。方法选择2016年1月~2017年1月台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)恩泽医院和路桥医院儿童生长发育科因特发性矮身材就诊的患儿120例;按就诊顺序采用随机数字法分为对照组、观察组1、观察组2、观察组3各30例,对照组给予充分睡眠、饮食和运动疗法,观察组1在此基础上给予儿童生长贴;观察组2在此基础上给予儿童拉伸操;观察组3在此基础上给予儿童生长贴联合儿童拉伸操,疗程均为12个月。比较4组治疗前后身高、身高增长值、生长速度,骨龄、预测成年身高。结果4组患儿治疗前进行身高比较,无显著性差异(F=1.24,P>0.05);治疗后12个月身高比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.04,P<0.01);对照组治疗后12个月身高增长无统计学意义(t=1.94,P>0.05),而观察组1、观察组2和观察组3治疗后12个月较治疗前差异有统计学意义(t=5.31、5.69、6.67,P<0.01);4组身高增长值比较,差异有统计学意义(F=71.33,P<0.01);4组身高生长速度治疗后6个月和12个月比较,差异有统计学意义(F=33.69、45.75,P<0.01),治疗后BA比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.97,P>0.05);治疗后预测成年身高比较差异有统计学意义(F=37.18,P<0.01)。结论儿童生长拉伸操联合儿童生长贴可显著增加身高增长值,加快生长速度,而不加快骨龄增长。
        Objective To investigate the effect of children's growth stickers combined with children's stretching exercises on the height of children with idiopathic short stature. Methods 120 children with idiopathic short stature in the Department of Child Growth and Development in Enze Hospital and Luqiao Hospital of Taizhou Enze Medical Center(Group) from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected. According to the order of treatment. The patients were divided into control group, observation group 1, observation group 2, observation group 3, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given sufficient sleep, diet and exercise therapy. The observation group 1 was given children growth stickers on the above basis. The observation group 2 was given children stretching exercise on this basis.The observation group 3 was given children growth stickers combined with children's stretching exercises on the above basis. All the patients were treated for 12 months. The height, height growth value, growth rate, bone age and predicted adult height before and after treatment in the 4 groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in height between the four groups before treatment(F=1.24,P>0.05). There were significant differences in height after treatment for 12 months(F=9.04,P<0.01). There was no significant difference in height growth in the control group after treatment for 12 months(t=1.94,P>0.05). The differences between observation group 1, observation group 2 and observation group 3 were significant before and after 12 months' treatment(t=5.31,5.69,6.67,P<0.01). There were significant differences in height growth value between 4 groups(F=71.33,P<0.01). The difference in height growth rate at 6 months and 12 months after treatment was significant among the 4 groups(F=33.69,45.75,P<0.01). There was no significant difference between B and A after treatment(F=0.97,P>0.05). The difference in predicted adult height was significant after treatment(F=37.18,P<0.01). Conclusion Children's growth stretching exercise combined with children's growth stickers can significantly increase the height growth value and accelerate growth rate without accelerating bone age growth.
