摘要
对枸杞发酵液以抗氧化和免疫调节功能为指标进行细胞水平评价研究。应用偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐[2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine)dihydrochloride,AAPH]损伤HepG2细胞检测清除活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的能力,研究其抗氧化能力;应用刀豆蛋白A(concanavalin A,Con A)和脂多糖(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)诱导小鼠T/B淋巴细胞检测其增殖能力,应用脂多糖诱导小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,检测其中性红吞噬能力和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)释放量,研究免疫调节能力。结果表明:枸杞发酵液能够清除细胞内ROS的含量、提高脾细胞的增殖能力、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力和NO释放量。枸杞发酵液具有较好的抗氧化能力和增强免疫的功能。
        The aim of this study was evaluating the antioxidant capacity and immunoregulation of Lycium chinense Mill fermentation liquid. The reactive oxygen species(ROS)level in cell was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of Lycium chinense Mill fermentation liquid on 2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine)dihydrochloride(AAPH)-induced in HepG2 cells model. To study the immunomodulatory ability,concanavalin A and lipopolysaccharide were used to induce the proliferation of mouse T/B lymphocytes, and lipopolysaccharide was used to induce mouse peritoneal macrophages to detect the ability of neutral red phagocytosis and NO release. The Lycium chinense Mill fermentation liquid can eliminate the content of ROS in cells,increase the proliferation ability of spleen cells,promote the phagocytic ability of peritoneal macrophages and the release of NO. The Lycium chinense Mill fermentation liquid have the higher anti-oxidant activity and the better immunoregulationon effect.
