国内外马铃薯贮藏保鲜技术研究现状

摘要
概述了近年来国内外马铃薯贮藏保鲜技术的研究现状,介绍了简易贮藏、机械冷藏等贮藏技术及化学处理、辐射处理、涂膜处理等保鲜方式,展望了马铃薯贮藏保鲜技术未来的发展趋势,旨在为马铃薯采后贮运保鲜提供参考。
        In this paper,the research status of potato storage technologies at home and abroad in recent years were summarized.Some types of storage technology such as simple storage,mechanical refrigeration as well as some kinds of fresh-keeping methods including chemical treatment,radiation treatment,coating treatment were introduced.The future development trend of potato storage technology was also prospected to provide references for postharvest potato storage,transportation and preservation.
