摘要

2018年8月26日,IFLA第84届大会正式发布了《全球愿景报告》(简称《报告》)。文章对《报告》概况、数据来源及制定过程、六大核心问题、两大发现、十大亮点和十大机遇深入解读,提出积极参与IFLA各类项目、促进世界文化遗产保护、加快图书馆转型和变革等建议。
        The Global Vision Report(abbreviated as the Report) was officially released at the 84 th annual meeting of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions(IFLA) on August 26, 2018. This paper makes a general introduction to the Report, and analyses the six questions, two findings, ten highlights and ten opportunities demonstrated in the Report, as well as its data sources and planning process. It puts forward some suggestions on actively participating in various projects of IFLA, promoting world cultural heritage protection and accelerating transformation and reform of libraries.
