文章介绍了IFLA(国际图联)及欧美图书馆协会2018年的战略规划和研究报告,包括国际图联全球愿景报告摘要、欧洲研究图书馆协会2018—2022发展战略、美国博物馆和图书馆服务协会2018—2022战略计划和美国图书馆协会发布的美国图书馆2018年状态报告。通过对各战略和报告的分析,总结了当前世界图书馆领域发展的最新趋势,以供我国图书馆界发展战略制定者参考。
This paper introduces the latest strategic plans and research reports of IFLA and the Library Associations of Europe and America, including "Global Vision Report Summary" by IFLA, "LIBER Europe Strategy 2018-2022: Research Libraries Powering Sustainable Knowledge in the Digital Age", "Institute of Museum and Library Servicesn Strategic Plan 2018–2022", and "State of America's Libraries 2018" by ALA. Through the analysis of various strategies and reports, the latest trends in the development of the world library sector are summarized.
