摘要

文章通过对中国企业传统战略管理模式研究,系统分析了当前企业战略管理模式存在的问题;基于环境动态性影响,揭示了动态环境下企业战略管理模式的新特征,提出了动态环境下企业战略管理模式构想,为企业进行战略管理模式创新与构建提供理论与实践指导。
        Through the study of the traditional strategic management mode of Chinese enterprises, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the current strategic management mode of enterprises.Based on the dynamic influence of environment, this paper reveals the new characteristics of the enterprise strategic management mode under the dynamic environment, puts forward the conception of the enterprise strategic management mode under the dynamic environment, and provides the theoretical and practical guidance for the innovation and construction of the enterprise strategic management mode.
