摘要
通过对提取过程中的温度的控制,选择毒性小,低沸点的乙醇作为萃取溶剂,将索氏提取法提取金银木种子中的油脂工艺参数进行优化,通过响应面分析模型对淋洗条件进行优化分析,预测的最优条件为液固比30.66︰1(m L/g)、提取时间5.05 min、提取温度60℃,预测的最优提取率为15.659%。通过试验检验最优预测条件下的提取效果,色素提取吸光度与预测值相接近,达到14.9%,相差0.754%。
        The temperature of the extraction process was controlled, and the low toxicity and low boiling point ethanol were selected as the extraction solvent. The process parameters of the oil extracted by Soxhlet extraction method were optimized through response surface analysis model. The leaching condition was optimized. The optimal condition for prediction was that the liquid-solid ratio value of 30.66︰1(mL/g), the extraction time of 5.05 min, the extraction temperature of 60 ℃, and the predicted optimal extraction rate was 15.659%. The extraction effect under the optimal prediction condition was tested by experiments. The absorbance value of the pigment extraction was close to the predicted value, reaching 14.9% with a difference of 0.754%.
