大型泵站设备远程状态监测系统的研究与开发

摘要
为保障大型泵站设备运行安全,逐步提高泵站自动化管理水平,以洪泽湖泵站为例进行了大型泵站设备远程状态监测系统的研发应用。该系统可在线采集泵站机组的振动、摆渡、转速等数据,并能将信号转换为波形图、频谱图、瀑布图、趋势图和轴心轨迹图等,可直观展示机组运行状态。结果表明:该系统界面简洁直观,实现了大型泵站设备远程状态监测的基本功能,实时监测泵站机组运行状态,为泵站设备安全运行提供可靠信息。
        Hongze Lake Pump Station is adopted as an example for studying and applying equipment remote condition monitoring system of large pump station in order to guarantee the safe operation of large pump station equipment and gradually improve the automatic management level of pump station. The system can be used for collecting vibration,ferrying,rotating speed and other data of the pump station unit online,converting the signals into waveform,spectrum,waterfall,trend and axis track,etc.,and directly showing the operation state of the unit. Experimental results show that the system interface is simple and intuitive,the basic function of equipment remote condition monitoring of large pump station is realized,thereby realizing real-time monitoring of pump station unit operation condition,and providing reliable information for the safe operation of pump station equipment.
