造血干细胞移植患者疲乏的影响因素与干预研究进展

摘要
疲乏是造血干细胞移植患者最常见的症状之一,疲乏的发生严重影响着患者的生活质量和治疗结局。本文就造血干细胞移植患者疲乏的影响因素及干预进行综述,旨在发现目前研究的优势与不足,为进一步研究减少患者疲乏提供参考。
Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant patients, the occurrence of fatigue affects the quality of life and treatment outcomes of patients seriously. This paper reviewed the influencing factors and treatment methods of fatigue in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant patients, aims to find advantages and disadvantages of the current studies, and to provide references for further researches.
