常减压蒸馏装置加工方案对能耗的影响

摘要
通过对全厂性炼油项目常减压蒸馏装置的加工方案进行对比研究,考察采用外甩常渣和全减压两种工艺方案对常减压蒸馏装置能耗的影响,研究结果表明:不考虑全减压工况多拔出的柴油馏分进入渣油加氢装置的能耗,采用外甩常渣加工方案能够明显降低减压炉和减压塔的操作负荷,加热炉的热负荷降低3.68 MW,机泵消耗降低258.9 kW,蒸汽消耗量增加3 850.1 kg/h,常减压蒸馏装置能耗整体降低180.5 kg/h标准燃料,但使得下游渣油加氢装置的能耗增加195.2 kg/h标准燃料,因此该方案对常减压蒸馏装置的节能降耗十分有利;若考虑全减压工况多拔出的柴油馏分进入渣油加氢装置的能耗,从全厂能耗角度考虑,两种加工方案的能耗基本相当。
        In a comparative study of the process schemes of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in a refinery,the effects of two processes,i.e.pumping aportion of the atmospheric residue to downstream unit and pumping the atmospheric residue to vacuum distillation column,on the energy consumption of unit are investigated.The results show that,without considering the effect of diesel fraction entrained by atmospheric residue on the energyconsumption of VRDS unit,the process of pumping a portion of atmospheric residue to downstream unit significantly reduces the processing load of vacuum furnace and vacuum distillation column.The heat load of furnace and the consumption of pump are reduced by 3.68 MW and258.9 kW respectively,and the steam consumption is increased by 3850.1 kg/h.The overall energy consumption of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is reduced by 180.5 kg/h standard fuel,but the energy consumption of the downstream VRDS unit is increased by 195.2 kg/h standard fuel.Therefore,this process is favorable for the energy saving and consumption reduction of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Considering the effect of diesel fraction on the energy consumption of VRDS unit,the energy consumption of the two processes is basically the same in terms of refinery-wide energy consumption.
