摘要
通过对采煤矿井沉淀污泥进行分析检测,综合考虑项目现场地形、施工难度以及建设运行成本等情况,选用了土工管袋快速脱水固结技术对采煤矿井污泥进行固化处理。详细介绍了该工程土工管袋固化底泥的工艺流程,包括工程规模和土工管袋计算、污泥脱水平台建设、污泥脱水调理药剂投加设计、管袋填充和运行情况等。通过土工管袋技术对污泥固化晾晒后其含水率在60%以下,污泥中重金属污染物各项指标均未超出垃圾填埋标准限值,安全稳定,土工管袋快速脱水固结技术将在污泥处置领域发挥更大的作用。
        According to analysis and detection on settled sludge of coal mine water, combining with overall consideration of project topography, difficulty of construction, construction and operation cost and other situations, the authors used geotextile tube rapid dewatering and consolidation technology to conducted curing process of coal mine water sludge, and introduced technological process of geotextile tube solidified sediment which including project scale, geotextile tube calculation, sludge dewatering platform construction, conditioning reagent design of sludge dewatering, geotextile tube filling, operation situation and so on. After solidification and wilting by using geotextile tube technology, the water content of sludge was below 60%, various indexes of heavy metal pollutant in sludge were under limiting value of landfill standard, safety and stability, thus geotextile tube rapid dewatering and consolidation technology would have the big picture in sludge disposal filed.
