摘要
从创新系统的视角,对瑞典推动科技成果产业化采取的政策措施及成效进行分析,研究得出增强需求侧政策作用、跨部门联动制定系统性科技成果产业化政策、加强政策绩效评估以优化提升政策的实效性和影响面等措施建议,旨在对我国推进科技成果产业化工作提供借鉴。
        From the perspective of innovation system,this paper analyzes the policy measures taken by Sweden to promote the industrialization of science and technology achievements,coming to the suggestions of increasing the policy effect on the demand side,coordinating the cross-ministries policy-making mechanism of systematical policies on the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,strengthening the assessment of policy performance to optimize its effectiveness and influence surface,which provides some references for China's science and technology achievements industrialization.
