摘要
目的:探讨15周FIFA 11+练习对高校足球运动员膝踝关节等速肌力、本体感觉和动态平衡能力的影响。方法:将40名男子高校足球运动员随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20人;试验组以FIFA 11+练习作为准备活动的干预手段,对照组则采用传统准备活动进行干预,干预周期为15周(每周3次,每次20 min)。干预前后采集2组受试者60°/s和240°/s角速度下的膝踝关节等速肌力、膝踝关节位置觉和动态平衡能力的数据。结果:干预前后,试验组在60°/s和240°/s角速度下膝踝关节屈伸相对峰力矩(RPT)和屈伸肌力比肌力指标,以及膝踝关节位置觉和平衡得分(Score)、平均旋转角速度(Rot. Speed)、最大旋转角速度(Max Rot. Speed)和平衡等级(Grade)等动态平衡指标值均有不同程度的改善,与干预前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组仅有60°/s角速度下膝屈RPT、膝踝关节位置觉、Score、Max Rot. Speed等部分指标值较干预前有显著性改善(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组Rot. Speed、Max Rot. Speed和Grade指标值显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:15周FIFA 11+练习能显著改善高校足球运动员的膝踝关节等速肌力、本体感觉以及动态平衡能力。
        Objectives:To explore the effect of 15-week FIFA 11+ exercise on isokinetic muscle strength,proprioception of knee and ankle joints,and dynamic balance in college soccer players. Methods:40 male college soccer players were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used FIFA 11+ exercises as interventions for preparatory activities,while the control group used traditional preparatory activity interventions with an intervention period of 15 weeks(3 times a week,20 minutes each). Before and after sports intervention,the two groups of subjects were collected at 60°/s and 240°/s angular velocities for knee and ankle joint isokinetic muscle strength,position sense of knee and ankle joint and dynamic balance ability of lower limbs. Results:The relative peak torque of flexion and extension of knee ankle joint(RPT),the ratio of flexion and extension muscle strength at 60°/s and 240°/s angular velocities,proprioception of knee and ankle joint and the Score,Rot. Speed,Max Rot. Speed,Grade and dynamic balance was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before the test(P<0.05). In the control group,only knee flexion RPT of 60°/s angular velocity,proprioception of knee and ankle joint,Score,Max Rot. were significantly improved compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,Rot.Speed,Max Rot. Speed and Grade index values of the experimental group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:15 weeks of FIFA 11+ exercises can significantly improve the isokinetic muscle strength,proprioception of knee and ankle joints,and dynamic balance in college soccer players.
