摘要

化工建设项目是资金、技术密集型的系统工程,建设周期长,投资控制难度较大。文章分析当前化工建设项目投资控制的现状,提出了化工建设项目不同阶段投资控制的有效措施,以实现投资效益的最大化。
        Chemical engineering construction projects are capital and technology-intensive systems engineering, with long construction period and greater difficulty in controlling investment. This paper analyzes the current situation of investment control in chemical engineering construction projects, and puts forward effective measures for investment control in different stages of chemical engineering construction projects, in order to maximize the investment benefit.
