摘要
目的通过调查医院内专业技术人员在高职院校的教学意愿和需求,分析影响兼职教师队伍建设的因素,为提升兼职教师队伍教学水平提供依据。方法 2016年3月至2016年8月间,采用自制教学意愿与需求调查表,对江苏省内23所二三级医院中的232名医务人员进行问卷调查,内容包括调查者基本情况、教学意愿以及对教学技能的需求。结果共发放问卷232份,回收有效问卷229份。有206人(90.0%)表示愿意参与高职院教学,但有超过80%的人认为,需要提高教案设计能力、教学内容选取能力、多媒体课件制作能力、课堂管理能力以及师生沟通技巧。结论医院专业技术人员对于参与高职院校教学具有较高倾向性,但存在教学方法不熟悉、教学技能不到位等问题,应采取有效措施提高教学水平。
        Objective The aim of this study is to discuss the main factors influencing the construction of part-time teaching staff from hospitals by surveying the teaching aspiration,in order to provide evidence for promoting the teaching ability of part-time teachers. Methods From March 2016 to August 2016,self-made questionnaire on teaching intention and needs was adopted to investigate 232 medical workers in 23 second-and third-class hospitals in Jiangsu Province. The contents included basic information,teaching intention,and requirements for teaching skills. Results A total of 232 questionnaires were distributed,and 229 questionnaires were collected.Two hundred and six medical workers( 90. 0%) were willing to teach in higher vocational colleges. However,over 80% medical workers thought that they need to improve the ability of teaching plan design,teaching content selection,multimedia courseware making,class management and communication with teachers and students. Conclusions Professionals from hospitals have high intention to participate in teaching in senior vocational colleges.However,they are faceing some problems,such as unfamiliarity with teaching method and shortage of teaching skills which should be solved as soon as possible.
