2017年全球油气管道建设现状及发展趋势

摘要
全球气候环境的日益恶化对于环境保护产生了重大影响,油价波动以及能源全球化市场竞争日趋激烈,导致投资风险加剧。油气管道行业的发展环境非常复杂,面临的不确定性明显增加,建设投资显著紧缩。通过分析全球能源结构发展态势,总结全球在役油气管道运行现状,以期全面把握新形势下全球油气管道建设现状及发展趋势。未来油气管道建设将受到天然气利用、海底资源开发及老龄管道替换等驱动力的推动,同时不可避免地受到地缘政治、环境及安全等不利因素的影响,二者共同作用使油气管道建设保持平稳的发展态势。据此,深入探讨了全球油气管道建设现状及未来的发展趋势对中国油气管道发展的影响。(图2,表1,参23)
At present, the deterioration of the global climate environment has great impact on environmental protection. The fluctuation of oil price and the increasingly fierce market competition caused by energy aggravate investment risks. Oil and gas pipeline industry is faced with extremely complex development environment and obvious uncertainty, and its construction investment is cut down significantly. In this paper, the development situation of global energy structure was analyzed and the operation status of in-service oil and gas pipelines all over the world was summarized to grasp the construction status and development trend of global oil and gas pipelines in the new situations. It is indicated that the construction of oil and gas pipelines in the future will be driven by the utilization of natural gas, the exploitation of seabed resources and the replacement of old pipelines, and will be adversely influenced by geopolitical, environmental and security factors. Finally, the effects of the construction status and development trend of global oil and gas pipelines on the development of China's oil and gas pipelines were discussed deeply.(2 Figures, 1 Table, 23 References)
