摘要
利用塔河稠油减渣和春风稠油减渣在组成和性质上的特殊性,采用先调合后改性的方式制备了塔河春风稠油SBS改性沥青。通过系统研究,确定了基质沥青、增塑剂、SBS改性剂以及稳定剂等组分的最佳加入比例。解决了塔河春风改性沥青产品储存稳定性与低温延伸度难以同时合格的问题,制备的SBS改性沥青满足JTG F40—2004对I-B和I-C类改性沥青的技术要求,两牌号产品PG等级分别达到了PG76-34和PG82-34,具有高低温性能好、抗老化性能优以及储存稳定性良好的特点。
        Utilizing the special characteristics of Tahe vacuum residue and Chunfeng vacuum residue,Tahe and Chunfeng SBS modified paving asphalt was prepared by using the method of modification following blending. The optimum adding ratio of base bitumen, plasticizer, SBS modifier and the stabilizer were determined through series scientific experiments. The problem that low temperature extensibility arid storage stability of modified asphalt cant be qualified simultaneously had been solved. The properties of this SBS modified asphalt satisfied the rule of JTG F40-2004 specification on the I-B and I-C modified asphalt, which also met the performance grade of PG76-34 and PG82-34. This series modified asphalt possesses good high and low temperature performance, great aging resistance and excellent storage stability.
