摘要
通过对中国医学科学院肿瘤医院临床科室大型公益活动绩效考评工作进行全面质量管理与分析应用,不断完善和改进医院临床科室大型公益活动绩效考评工作。建议应积极建立考评反馈机制,建立长效机制、不断持续改进,增强科室参加活动主动性和积极性。
Through the comprehensive quality management and analysis of the application on the performance appraisal of large-scale public welfare activities in the clinical departments of the hospitals, the performance appraisal of largescale public welfare activities in the clinical departments of the hospitals have been constantly improved. It is suggested to establish the evaluation feedback mechanism, establish the long-term effect mechanism and make continuous improvement to enhance the departments' initiative and enthusiasm to participate in large-scale public welfare activities.
