摘要

[目的/意义]在技术转移过程中面临着各种各样的决策问题,而这些决策问题的解决都需要情报服务。[方法/过程]通过实地调研、内部研讨,根据技术转移对情报服务的需求,构筑了包括专家咨询、情报分析和资源加工三个层面的情报服务模式。[结果/结论]将面向技术转移的情报服务模式在怀化市开展"双创新动能"服务活动中加以应用,取得了良好成效。
        [Purpose/significance] In the process of technology transfer,there are all kinds of decision-making problems,and solving these problems need intelligence service. [Method/process]Through field investigation and internal discussion,according to the demand of technology transfer to intelligence service,the intelligence service mode is constructed,which includes three levels of expert consultation,intelligence analysis and data resource processing. [Result/conclusion]The intelligence service mode of technology transfer is applied to Huaihua to carry out"innovative and entrepreneurial new momentum"service activities,and has achieved good results.
