依托开放大学(电大)办好老年开放教育的研究

摘要
随着我国人口老龄化进程的不断推进,大力发展老年教育已经成为积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。本文通过对老年人学习特点和老年教育发展现状的深入分析,依托开放大学(电大)的"系统+平台+资源+服务"等教学优势,采取学历教育与非学历教育相结合、线上学习与线下活动相统一、示范引领与多方合作相补充、教学研究与应用实践相促进等方式,积极探索老年开放教育的新思路,推动老年教育可持续发展。
With the continuous progress of China's aging population,vigorously developing education for the aged has become an important measure to actively deal with the aging population. This article through to the old learning characteristics and elderly detailed analysis of the current situation of the development of education,relying on the Open University platform + resource service "system"and other teaching advantage,combine academic education and non-academic education,online learning and offline activities unifies,demonstration lead with multilateral cooperation complement and promote the research and application practice,to actively explore new train of thought,the older open education to promote the sustainable development of the education of the elderly.
