某厂房吊车“啃轨”整改后检测及原因分析

摘要
某门式刚架厂房使用改造后的10 t桥式吊车后,出现吊车"啃轨"、牛腿扭曲、吊车梁螺栓松动、牛腿弹簧板焊缝断裂等异常情况,通过整改加固处理,吊车基本消除了啃轨现象,为确保吊车和整体厂房的安全使用,故对与吊车相关联的部位进行了检测。通过对现场数据统计整理和计算分析,得出吊车"啃轨"及与吊车相关联构件损坏的主要原因,并为后期吊车使用和维护等提出了相应建议。
        After a modified 10 ton bridge crane is used for a portal frame plant,abnormal conditions such as "gnawing rail" of the crane,distortion of the corbel,loosening of the crane beam bolts and breakage of the corbel spring plate weld were found,through rectification and strengthening treatment,crane basically eliminate the phenomenon of gnawing rail,in order to ensure the safety of cranes and the whole plant;therefore,the location associated with the crane is tested. The main reasons for the damage of the crane "gnawing rail" and the related components of the crane were obtained by the statistic analysis of the field data and the corresponding suggestions were put forward for the use and maintenance of the crane.
