富氢液治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后肛缘水肿的疗效

摘要
目的观察富氢液治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后肛缘水肿的疗效。方法混合痔外剥内扎术后肛缘水肿患者60例随机均分为两组。治疗组给予富氢液坐浴后湿敷,同时口服富氢液;对照组给予硫酸镁坐浴后湿敷治疗,同时口服蒸馏水;两组每日3次,连续治疗5 d。对比两组患者肛缘水肿评分及疗效。结果治疗后,两组不同时间点肛缘水肿评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后第1、3、5天肛缘水肿评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。结论富氢液治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效优于硫酸镁。
Objective To observe the efficacy of hydrogen-rich solution on perianal edema after milligan-morgan operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Sixty patients with anal perianal edema after milligan-morgan operation of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Hip bath and hydropathic compress with hydrogen-rich solution combined with oral hydrogen-rich solution was conducted in group A.The patients in group C were treated with magnesium sulfate hip bath and hydropathic compress combined with oral distilled water.The treatments in both groups were performed three times per day for continuous five days.Perianal edema scores and efficacies of both groups were compared.Results Perianal edema scores were better after treatment on the 1~(st),3~(rd) and 5~(th) day after treatment than those before in both groups(P<0.05),which were even better in group A than those in group C(P<0.05).Total effectiveness rate of group A was 93.3%,which was higher than 60.0% of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrogen-rich solution is better than magnesium sulfate in the treatment of perianal edema after milligan-morgan operation of mixed hemorrhoids.
