基于GIS的辽宁港口规划与资源信息管理

摘要
阐述了辽宁港口及资源管理现状,探讨以交通地理信息共享平台(以下简称GIS平台)为支撑,搭建港口规划及资源管理系统,实现港口资源管理、港口资源信息展示、港口规划和岸线管理等全省港航信息资源集约化、动态化管理,为辽宁省港航信息化建设和港口发展决策提供服务和基础支撑。
The current situation of port and resource management in Liaoning province is elaborated, the sharing platform(hereinafter referred to as GIS platform) that takes the traffic geographic information as the support is discussed, and the port planning and resource management system is established, so as to realize the intensive and dynamic management of port and shipping information resources in the whole province like port resource management, port resource information display, port planning and coastline management, and provide services and basic support for the information construction of port and shipping and port development decision-making of Liaoning province.
