硅藻土表面包覆改性工艺的研究

摘要
为提高硅藻土与有机基体的相容性,采用干法、湿法和微波法对硅藻土进行表面包覆改性,探讨不同改性工艺和配方对改性效果的影响。结果表明:通过不同的表面包覆改性工艺,KH570、Si69、硬脂酸钙对硅藻土均有较好的改性效果,其中KH570采用湿法包覆改性工艺;Si69采用微波法包覆改性工艺;硬脂酸钙采用干法包覆改性工艺效果更佳。该研究通过表面包覆改性工艺制备的硅藻土样品,可满足橡胶用填料的要求。
        In order to improve the compatibility between diatomite and the organic matrix, the surface coating modification of diatomite was modified by dry method, wet method and microwave method, and the influence of different modifying crafts and modified formulas to the modification effect was studied in this paper. The results show that through different surface coating technologies, KH570, Si69 and calcium stearate have good effect on diatomite modified coating, where KH570 by wet coating technology, Si69 by microwave method coating process and calcium stearate by dry coating process were better. The diatomite samples prepared by surface modification technology can meet the requirements of rubber filler.
